The Research Of Comprehensive Evaluation And Countermeasure On The Modern Agricultural Development Level Of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone

In December12,2009, The State Council formally approved the establishment of Poyang Lake eco-economic zone, marking the construction of Poyang Lake eco-economic zone has become China’s national strategy. This is also the first in Jiangxi province into national strategies for the regional development planning, since the founding of new China, which is great and far-reaching significance to achieve Jiangxi to rise abruptly. How to actively promote the modern agriculture development of Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone, is not only related to the development of agriculture in Jiangxi important issues, but also directly affect the Poyang Lake Eco-Economic Zone in the strategic position of the important factors. This paper is one of important results of the Sino-German cooperation training project "Research on the construction of Poyang Lake ecological economic zone" and Hall of Jiangxi province agriculture soft science project "Studies of the modern agricultural development Poyang Lake Ecological Economic Zone o" in Jiangxi province. At the same time, the research of analyzes the development level of modern agriculture in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone, not only contribute to the modern agricultural development bottlenecks, but also for the relevant departments to develop modern agricultural development policy to provide the theory basis, and has profound realistic significance.In this paper, according to modern agriculture development situation in the Poyang Lake eco-economic zone, using the AHP and cluster analysis method to construct the evaluation index system, through the existing statistical data analysis of Poyang Lake eco-economic region, the main conclusions are as follows:1. Establishment of evaluation index system of the development level of modern agriculture in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone. The system consists of1target layer,5layer criteria,16index layer, respectively, from agricultural development, support, yield, economic and sustainable five dimension design related index, comprehensive estimation of the regional development level of modern agriculture lays a foundation.2. Use existing statistical data in light of the actual situation, through the AHP calculates The reality of the situation of the development level of modern agriculture in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone. The results showed that the level of development of modern agriculture in the region was relatively backward, and around the city development were difference.3. In order to enhance the study on the objectivity of the result, this paper uses the method of cluster analysis each county of the development level of modern agriculture in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone, the results not only confirmed the analytic hierarchy process the conclusion, but also for policy formulation and implementation provides a convenient. 4. In the comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the basis, the paper put forward to some related policy suggestion, such as to strength base construction so as to accelerate the development of agricultural scale, and to strength the development of agricultural leading enterprises so as to raise the level of agricultural industrialization in Poyang Lake eco-economic zone.
