The WTO agreement allows countries to implement green box subsidy policy of agricultural subsidies, because the wrong agriculture products trade price distortion, the yellow box policy restrictive attitude, because the yellow box subsidy policy on market distortion, blue box policy also will cancel stage by stage. The agricultural allowance policy of our country also need to constantly adapt to the WTO agreement, change on agricultural subsidies, gradually from the price support to direct income subsidy, while also making full use of the subsidy agreement allows space, enhance China’s agricultural products in international market competition ability, increase farmer income.This article mainly divides into the following several parts:the first part of the agriculture subsidy theory analysis, based on the connotation, structure of agricultural subsidies, subsidies and theoretical basis for the analysis.
