In the rapid development of knowledge-based economy time, People have clear understanding to "after80"employees play an important role in the organization. And "after80"employees have become the main force of organization. This paper selects the IT industry in Shenzhen area in China "80" as the object of study. As we all know, Domestic IT companies have obvious characteristics. IT companies as a high-tech industry, in IT industry information, technology, and knowledge while developing. In response to these characteristics of employees, the organization how to use and tap potential of employees in the Maximum extent, and to develop the potential of "after80" employees. In the competitive environment, have influenced the survival and development of enterprise.A lots of studies for "after80"employee shows that in the condition of essential material demand has been satisfied. In the environmental science of today society, enterprises provide a superior material level to employees, now "after80" employees to pursue their own value to manifest. So in this paper choose the after80employee’s in IT industry in Shenzhen, study on the impact of employee personality on non-material motivate as the focus in this paper.Based on the summary of previous studies of theory, this paper define related concept about non-material motivate and big personality model. Choose the "after80"of our country IT enterprises in Shenzhen as the object of study of my paper.in combination with"self-identity"concept that in the field of Psychology to study the factors of non-material motivate. And then to link the self-identity psychology process with motivate level, in the different level of motivation to achieve different self-identity status. under this condition, to analysis the significance and value for "after80" employees. Finally establish self-identity theory model of non-material motivates of "after80" employees of Personality characteristics. Finally get the main conclusions as:(1)The employee’s personality of "after80"have5dimensions, the five dimensions are openness, extraversion, agreeableness and neuroticism, consciousness of responsibility;(2)non-material motivate factors have three dimensions, the condition of enterprise; working atmosphere; Personal growth;(3) non-material motivate factors of the employee of "after80" existing the internship of the progression, the higher the level, the motivate is greater;(4) motivation factors of subjective need of the employee of "after80" are differences due to different background characteristics;(5) Between personality characteristics of the employee of "After80"and non-material motivate factors have causal relationship.Finally, this paper gets the discussion of these results, and gives appropriate management recommendations.
