The rise of the service economy has created a large number of high emotional requirements work, Emotional work has become an important part of the staffs organizational life which cannot be ignored. But the managers are seeking a bit quick success, which one-sided pursue the profits of an enterprise to maximize and neglect employees’emotional work shut. High pressure often tends to "spring effect", which didn’t conducive to the development of the enterprises. The emotional work of staff has become new challenges which enterprise need to face and new topics of human resource management. But China’s staff emotional work research is still in its infancy, Lacking to pay attention on human resources development and management point of view. In fact, the emotional is also an important resource; Emotion work and organizational performance are highly correlated. Therefore, this study based on emotion works, researching the relations of emotional work and job performance. So that the bank managers attach importance to staff emotional work and improve the overall performance of the organization.This study design a questionnaire survey plan on the foundation of summarizing the domestic and foreign emotional work and job performance research literature, and propose the study thinking and supposition. At the same time, using the empirical study method of questionnaire survey, taking Nanchang area bank employees as the object of study, and system discussing the influences of emotional work and job performance. This research issued300questionnaires, considered the demographic factors, and used the Statistical methods of Spssl9.0for data analysis. The study obtained conclusions as follows:(1) Bank employees’emotional work and job performance in a high level as a whole;(2) the emotional work of bank employees has remarkable difference in the sex, the age, the school record, the job seniority, job’s position and so on. The emotional works do not have remarkable difference in the marital status. The job performance of bank employees has remarkable difference in the age, the school record, the job seniority, job’s position; the job performances do not have remarkable difference in the sex and marital status.(3) The task performance, the surrounding performance and the job performance have negative mutuality with the surface act, but no remarkable mutuality, and the surface act has no remarkable negative forecast function to the task performance, the surrounding performance and the job performance; The task performance, surrounding performance and the job performance have positive mutuality with deep act, and the deep act has remarkable positive forecast function to the task performance and the job performance; The task performance, surrounding performance and the job performance have positive mutuality with nature expression, and the nature expression has remarkable positive forecast function to the task performance, surrounding performance and the job performance.Based on the above conclusions, this study from the perspective of human resource management presents some suggestion to the emotional work management of bank staff:(1) Adding the emotional work plan to human resource planning;(2) Uncovering for emotional work employees in the recruitment and selection;(3) Including the emotional work into the training and development;(4) Formulating emotional objectives in the performance evaluation;(5) Paying close attention to the emotional resource consumption in compensation design.
