Under the background of global competition,the competition of the future is the competition of talents.New generation of employees is a professional future major groups,they control and understanding them is equivalent to have the competitiveness,the management problems that frequent in recent years to the original management system impact,the new generation into the enterprise will appear in a variety of adaptation phenomenon,not adapt to job rotation,not adapt to the new requirements of the new standard,not adapt to the enterprise culture,not adapt to the working environment,the office atmosphere does not fit,or is on work pressure to,not meet these source of most psychological gap,which leads to a series of the organization is not conducive to.First,new generation based on the special background of growth,emotional intelligence and the older generation differences;secondly,foreign theory of emotional intelligence although mature but there is no unified and emotional intelligence concept itself exists a lot of controversy;finally,emotional intelligence,with the localization characteristics,under the influence of culture,the existing foreign theory of emotional intelligence does not necessarily apply.Therefore,the influence of the emotional intelligence structure of the new generation employees on the work behavior is still a new field in the study,the lack of theoretical basis,the traditional empirical or normative research and can not make up the gap in theory.In view of the above questions,this paper gets rid of traditional from hypothesis to questionnaire to verify the general pattern,the grounded theory method,nearly three years online on the new generation of employees reported secondary data as the original data,the emotional intelligence of 895 valid comment were open coding,axial coding and selective coding.Concrete achievements are as follows: the new generation of employees' emotional intelligence points for cognitive,interpersonal attitude,emotion regulation in three dimensions;the behavior of the new generation of employees influence "the emotion attitude behavior" model is constructed;emotional intelligence of the new generation of employees through the work of investment as the intermediate variables affect the work behavior,with high levels of employees in the workplace will be showing a positive job behavior,input low degree will have a negative impact on turnover behavior;organizational support sense in the influence model of emotional intelligence plays an important regulatory role,emotional intelligence in organizational support sense of regulating effect on work engagement.In order to better understanding Cenozoic employees' emotional intelligence structure and "the emotion attitude behavior" model.Finally from the new generation of employees of the structure of emotional intelligence,emotional intelligence and job involvement,emotional intelligence and job behavior,job involvement and job behavior expansion,and the use of social exchange theory and work requirements,resource model explains behind the deep-seated mechanism,for the new generation of enterprise management put forward suggestions.
