The extensive application of the Internet, benefit to the enterprise informationresources available, but also brings more security risks. It is generally understood thatnot only technology but also human factors and control processes have a significantimpact on Network information security. One of the major human factors issues is endemployees’ behavior towards Network information security.The enterprise through theimplementation of related Internet use policy to avoid security problems, while manyemployees to ignore these tactics caused unintentional security risk.The purpose of this paper is to study why employees have this "Internet UseMisbehavior". Based on Eagly and Chaiken’s composite behavioral model, an internetuse misbehavior model was proposed. Attitude toward target, attitude toward internetuse misbehavior, utilitarian outcome, normative outcome and self-identity outcomeexpectation as main factors of the impact of internet use misbehavior. The resultsshow that the job performance expectations, workgroup norms and attitude towardInternet use misbehavior have a significant impact on internet use misbehaviorintention.
