Study the manufacture of capital after corporate merger and restructuring business performance, with these questions, is able to well know the investment of capital, particularly the control of the security of corporate assets has important significanceSince Ping Coal Group through merger and restructuring to establishment Anyuan, there are still some problems in the process of merger and restructuring during the operation of capital.
