With the development of the global economy,the market competition is becoming more and more fierce.In order to succeed in the competition and make the company keep healthy,how to get the faster development speed and the more lasting growth power is the problem that the company needs to pay attention to and solve.Therefore,besides the daily production and operation,capital operation has also made great contributions to the development of the company.Based on the theoretical analysis of capital operation and the research on the existing literature,this paper analyzes the theories related to capital operation,and concludes the capital operation mode suitable for the light assets companies.Then it combines the characteristics of the light assets company itself,including its assets structure,financial characteristics and profit model,so as to select the appropriate indicators to evaluate the performance of its capital operation.This paper analyses and studies the model of capital operation suitable for the light asset companies,we can choose the appropriate indicators to evaluate its capital operation performance.In this study,this paper selects the representative Intel of the light asset company as the research object,and we can study it from the two ways of expansion and contractile capital operation.In recent years,Intel faced with crises and challenges,and continued capital operation to maintain its hegemonic position.It is precisely because of the clear strategic intentions and the proper way of capital operation that Intel has been in the leading position.Through the research of Intel,it can provide reference for other companies,so that the company will seek more long-term development in the future.
