At present, securities companies are facing increasing competition, the decline of brokerage service commission rate has become an irreversible trend, the traditional profit mode of securities trader face survival challenge, the transformation of the brokerage service business model is imperative. The regulatory authorities publish "The securities investment consulting business provisional regulations" which give guidelines for securities trader brokerage service transformation, the introduction of investment advisers become the key to enhance the specialized financial management and personalized consulting services. How can recruit the investment advisers meet the requirements become the bottleneck of most securities trader brokerage service transformation.XX stock exchange located in the northwest facing the problem of shortage of investment advisers, but the recruitment of qualified investment adviser is not an easy thing, this paper make a suggestion that finding right talent from hundreds of marketing people. In this paper, by introducing the theory of human resources and business processes reengineering theory, pose questions about investment advisers recruitment to XX stock exchange, according to contrast with the development and current situation of the U.S. stock market securities broker, find our problem, and borrow ideas from the excellent experience of the United States, combined with China’s national conditions, propose the improvement measure of XX stock exchange recruitment of investment advisers, besides recruit investment advisers exteriorly, mainly recruit investment advisers from internal marketing staff of XX stock exchange, marketing and investment adviser, the final goal is to bring profit to the securities company, but after all the existing marketing and investment adviser are two different management and operation mode, so there are still a large gap between the personnel requirements and operational quality. Make the excellent marketing staff to become the investment adviser by training, competition, trial, assessment, and ultimately turn to investment adviser. In this way can both cultivate and stockpile talents, saving time, cost as well as human.Looking ahead, the ultimate development of the securities industry will connect with international, eventually mainly according to service-oriented, clients’ wealth management, finance and investment services will be the main source of revenue to the securities industry brokerage. The present stage in China’s securities brokerage business is service transformation, and the key of service transformation is service talent, namely investment adviser, therefore, the development of future direction of development of the investment advisory business is also investment advisers.
