The Problems And Solutions Of The Financial Advisor Business In An'Xin Security

The establishment of 'the suspension of the Financial Advisor(FA)business' defines and clarifies the FA industry.As the traditional broker business suffers from decreasing commission and unidentifiable service,FA is gaining people's attention.FA also means that the traditional broker service has transferred to value-added service.This thesis walks through the history and lessons of the security broker business both in China and abroad and takes a closer look at An'Xin's client base,FA team and FA business.Causes and solutions are explored in the following five areas including client analysis,customized service for different client base,FA team building,advisory methodology and delivery method of FA service.Solutions includes refining the CRM system,collecting client information,strengthening FA team,classifying FA levels,building training and service delivery system.The goal of the thesis is to solve problem of the FA service in An'Xin to increase service level and make An'Xin more competitive.
