Group purchase website refers to the provision of professional services operate independently of the third party commercial website. Many commodities can be group purchase, many people living related products and services are available for group purchase. The creation of the earliest group purchase website is the United States Groupon, was established in2008November. In March4,2010, Meituan set up, it is the first to follow Groupon in domestic, it is also the first group purchase website in China. Soon, other imitators have followed, the number of domestic group purchase websites is a geometric type explosive growth. Although the group purchase has been accepted by more and more people, but because the rapid pace of development, and the related supervision mechanism is not perfect, leading to a variety of problems. S group purchase website in Lanzhou is a Groupon mode group purchase website, was established in2010May, every day a single boutique group purchase. Like other domestic small and medium-sized websites, its survival and development face a variety of threats. This paper first analysis the domestic group purchase market current situation, and discuss the development trend of group purchase website. On this basis, through SWOT tools as well as questionnaire and other methods, to analyze and study the environment and marketing situation of S group purchase website, and put forward STP marketing strategy and marketing mix strategy, hope to provide certain reference to group purchase website like S group purchase.
