With the change of the electricity market supply and demand situation, the competition in the electric power enterprises is increasing, and its industry monopoly has been gradually broken. the feature of power industry, knowledge, technology, capital-intensive ask talent people is the core of power industry. as a2006recently founded Xiaogushan hydropower station, the HR training system should be highly focused on, in order to face more and more competitive market by improving the staff quality.but during the process of running out staff training program of the Xiaogushan hydropower station, a lot of problems came up, which became the main factor of affecting healthy development of the company. therefore, this thesis mainly studies the training system of Xiaogushan hydropower station and will privide a brand new training plan which targets the company employees training system, and then lay a solid foundation for improving the market competitiveness.Using literature review, interviews, questionnaires, chart methods and combining qualitative and quantitative research methods, summed up the experience of staff training in Australia, Germany, France, three well-known international power enterprises and two domestic power companies, analysised the Xiaogushan hydropower station staff from their knowledge, education, skill’s structure, analyzed the problems they had in their training and why it happened, designed a innovative training programs for the staff, proposed measures which promote the program carried out effectively and smoothly in order to benefit the company in improving the training status and raising the overall staff training, enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprise.
