At present, the enterprise is not only the competition of economy and technology, "the talent competition" will serve as the domestic and foreign enterprises are facing challenges, how to improve the combat effectiveness of enterprises, enhance economic efficiency, improve the quality of work, improve the staff occupation accomplishment will serve as the inevitable trend of enterprise development. Under the fierce external competition and internal staff literacy is not high, the environment, thinking and analysis personnel comprehensive quality for the future development of enterprises from the angle of enterprise strategy to KT company, using all kinds of domestic and foreign advanced training methods and means to improve the management level and the comprehensive competitiveness. At present, an important subject how to obtain and enhance the advantage of competition of enterprise employee comprehensive literacy has become the enterprises concerned.Modern enterprises at home and abroad only competitive advantage is the staff quality than competitors, so as to enhance the enterprise overall fighting capacity. In our country enterprise has been more and more aware of the improvement of the quality of the staff cannot do without the human resource training and development. Based on the design of training management model in KT company as an example, based on the enterprise training team ability and training curriculum operation information, the construction of human resource training process, standardization, modernization of training system, take inside the KT enterprise analysis theory with the actual case, the training process management as the main line, the overall quality analysis of enterprise internal staff, enterprises find the main problems in training the staff quality of points:first, the training plan set is perfect; two, the training process set whether scientific; three, training institutions and instructors are professional; four, the evaluation of training effect is practical, on this basis, this paper also puts forward the above problems countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the comprehensive quality of KT company employee training effect evaluation, emphasis on staff training needs analysis to establish the evaluation system and method system and the training way.
