With the increasing population of teams in management theory and practice, the self-organizing team as a new team mode is also paid much more attention in recent years. Taking the self-organizing team as a study object, this thesis is intended to explore the influence factors of team performance in the self-adaptive process.By using the methods of combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, researches are conducted as follows:First literature review was studied. The previous studies, research deficiency, and the trend for future research of the self-organizing team and team performance on the basis of abundant journal papers and conference papers as well as many related books were summarized. Meanwhile relevant concepts and theories were explored and analyzed to establish the foundation for the next specific study.Secondly, the influence factors of self-organizing team performance were studied. On the basis of the model of self-organizing team performance established, through interviews and data analysis, preliminary idea was proposed on the influence factors of self-organizing team performance in the self-adaptive process. Combined with the literature review, communication, task allocation, task rethinking and continuous learning were refined as four key influence factors. And then the system dynamics model of the influence factors of self-organizing team performance was established.Third, based on the system dynamics model built, further research was carried out about task allocation and task rethinking, and the research hypotheses were proposed. The evaluation system of self-organizing team performance was provided. Then the mechanism of task allocation and task reflection was studied on team performance in this system; and task allocation strategies of self-organizing team were put out, the influence factors of task allocation and task rethinking were analyzed.Finally the empirical research was conducted. Through questionnaire surveys and the collected date analysis by SPSS13.0statistical software, the analytical model and research hypotheses were verified in quantity. Also, some instructions to build the self-organizing teams were presented which will be beneficial for both the theory and practice of management in enterprises.
