With the rising socio-economic level, the information technology requirements are increasing. The construction of broadband networks is more urgent than ever as narrowband Internet has overwhelmed. Since2000, the broadband market has maintained a growth rate of geometric progression, demonstrating its strong growth momentum. And it becomes the operators’core business and profit growth point. Meanwhile operators compete with each other to fight for it. Therefore, the broadband services become an important issue for operators even the entire telecom industry in the study.It analyzes the present situation of China’s broadband services market based on five forces model. Explaining the trend of broadband services pricing strategy based on a win-win pricing model. Pointing out the long tail of the customer and the product based on the long tail theory. Researching on the coordination problem in supply chain of broadband services based on the newsboy model and revenue sharing contract. Finally, the operational policies of the broadband services are given from three aspects:In the broadband access market, operators are required to form a strategic alliance with suppliers to control costs, to pay attention to technology improvement. In broadband value-added services market, market segmentation, product innovation, network safety and regulatory challenges are focused on. In the broadband services chain, core role of the operator’s attention should be paid and the degree of bonding of broadband services chain need to constantly improve.Innovations:The long tail theory is introduced into the broadband market. Determining the best form of contract and parameter settings of the broadband services chain from the perspective of supply chain coordination; Developing a double-win situation for the operator and the customer.
