Research On Pricing And Service Level Decisions And Coordination Mechanism Of Three-level Supply Chain Of MRO Industrial Products

In the MRO industry supply chain,there is no mature service mode in the industrial supply chain at present.Because industrial goods have unique attributes different from consumer goods.The key factors affecting the supply chain are the response time and cost of after-sales service and logistics,as well as the low standards of production services.Moreover,from the perspective of the industrial product supply chain,Chinese industrial product suppliers lack cooperation,and only pay attention to the maximization of their own interests,rarely consider the overall interests.Therefore,a single supply chain enterprise needs to break its own resource limitations and complete the strategic transformation of the normal supply chain by adding Internet technology and the resource integration of the supply chain.Taking MRO industrial products supply chain industry as the research background,this thesis first studies the relevant theories of industrial products supply chain and producer services,the optimal decision-making and coordinating model of supply chain.Then,an industrial goods supply chain model composed of upstream suppliers,industrial goods retailers and logistics service providers is established.By creating decentralized decision-making,cooperative decision-making between retailers and logistics service providers,cooperative decision-making between retailers and upstream suppliers and centralized decision-making,this thesis analyzes the industrial goods pricing and the optimal decision-making of logistics service level when logistics company provide logistics services for the industrial goods supply chain,and considers the industrial goods price when retailers provide productive services Optimal decision of logistics and productive service level.It is found that under the two service modes,decentralized mode,industrial retailer cooperation mode and centralized mode,the level of logistics and producer services and the market demand of industrial products increase in turn;The higher the sensitivity of downstream manufacturing enterprises to logistics and productive service level,the higher the logistics service level and productive service level.Finally,a contract of "revenue sharing + cost sharing" is designed to coordinate the three-level industrial goods supply chain.Improve the industrial goods supply chain and the profits of various enterprises.The research shows that through the rational setting of agreement parameters,the combined contract can make the respective profit levels of upstream suppliers,industrial products retailers and logistics service providers greater than those in decentralized decision-making.And a numerical example is used to verify that the combined contract can coordinate the service level and channel of the supply chain.
