With the market competition becomes more and more fierce in knowledge based economy era, a new type of working team which is based on communication skills and information technology and cross over organizations, period and space boundary, has come into being. It is called a virtual working team. Such a team is also very effective during entrepreneurial process. From the main-stream theoretical model—’I-P-O’, we could see that working team has played an important part in the team’final performance. At the same time, considering the importance of communication ways selection in virtual working team, it is meaningful for the manager to study the influence brought by the reactions from the virtual working team.With the review of past research from home and abroad, and the use of certain theories, using the statistics from questionnaire, this paper makes an empirical analysis to discuss the influence brought by the virtual entrepreneurial team reactions. Then we make a deep and systematic research about the virtual entrepreneurial team performance, and can provide some advice to certain studies domestically in this realm.The final research conclusion shows the virtual entrepreneurial team reactions exert a positive influence in cohesion. Effective communication has an obvious influence in both task-cohesion and interpersonal-cohesion by reducing friction. Conflicts like effective ones do more good than harm in making people working harder and increasing sense of cooperation, but play a negative role in personal affection communication. Business performances have positively associated with cohesion, especially with the task-cohesion. Among these, existence performances are obviously affected by task-cohesion and personal communication cohesion. The development performances are mainly influenced by the task-cohesion. The more fruitful media forms, the more apparent influence the virtual entrepreneurial team reactions bring into cohesion. |
