Virtual team consists of a number of inter-regional and cross-organizational members and is an innovative human resource organization built on the knowledge economy, virtual economy and network economy. With increasing depth of economic globalization and rapid development and application of such communication technology as telephone and Internet, virtual team is playing an increasingly apparent role in the corporate organization. And the study on virtual team is also increasingly concerned by domestic and foreign scholars.How to improve the performance of virtual team is the key to ensure success of virtual team. This paper, from the perspective of organizational citizenship behavior, analyzes the impact of organizational citizenship behavior of employees on virtual team performance, and makes further analysis of the factors affecting organizational citizenship behavior, to sum up how to better motivate and guide the organizational citizenship behavior of virtual team employees, thus to drive business performance improvement.This paper selects the successful implementation of Build-Up virtual team of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center as a case study, and collects relevant information through interviews with experts, as well as using coding and other mainstream research methods to analyze the case, to prove that the successful implementation of Build-Up virtual team of CITIC Bank Credit Card Center is mainly because the organization, in the formation and implementation of virtual team, focuses on the cultivation of good organizational citizenship behavior of its members, and the formation of good organizational citizenship behavior of team members is mainly dependent on the efforts of the organization to enhance employees’ organizational supporting sense and organizational recognition sense.Therefore, the full play of virtual team performance and the organizational supporting sense and organizational recognition sense are closely related, it is under the joint action of the two that the employees’ organizational citizenship behavior is constantly evolving, thus to effectively improve the business performance. In the virtual team implementation process, we should strengthen the corporate culture construction in order to achieve the win-win situation of virtual team development and staff development.
