The urban mobile information platform constructed by Interactive Space Media Company is a mobile communication technology based on3G; in the meantime, it is also a vehicle-mounted self-service interactive information system which integrates the touch screen technique, information search technology, multi-media technology, wireless distance data updating technology and location-based service technology. This platform, having the motor linked to the Internet through GPS and3G network, is the actual application of the Web of Things in social life. This project will be executed in the taxis of Xi’an, and it can not only provide with comprehensive information browsing and searching services for passengers, but also publish all kinds of interactive advertising information for advertisers.The interactive ads, following newspaper, Ⅳ, broadcast and outdoor media, has become the "fifth" medium, and it will become the mainstream medium which affects people’s life. The installation of touchable and Internet-accessible electronic devices compensates the defect of "fifth medium" that mobile phones and PC are owned by individuals, and it effectively links citizens’ actions in series, so when advertisers publish ads, they can also know receivers’ feedbacks through these terminal devices as well as collect their telephone numbers, QQ numbers, e-mail addresses and other information, thus choosing the potential clients from the numerous audiences and performing promoting activities.The appearance of interactive media large increases the enjoyment, attention and reminiscence of the advertisements. This present paper, through the theoretical model, analyses the marketing environment and sales strategy of first operator of outdoor interactive media in Northwest China, Xi’an Interactive Space Media Advertising Co., Ltd.
