The psychological contract refers to the subjective understanding of the employees in the interaction process with the companies on the perception of corporate responsibility and employee responsibilities, it has a subjective and dynamic performance characteristics. Relative to the formal labor contracts, the psychological contract wasn’t expressed by the dominant and lucid form of straightforward, instead of a variety of psychological suggestion and subjective senses which are aware by each other. The effect, as the same of labor contract, produced by the psychological contract impacts on the behavior of employees.Since the worker shortage phenomenon has been spread from coastal city to inland, as a main labor exporting province, Henan Province also has to face this kind of problem. It’s serious that the labor-intensive peasant workers in Henan province has been lost, so that companies can not hire enough employees, which seriously affects the normal operation of enterprises. In the case of that a large number of peasant workers have not signed the formal labor contracts with companies, the psychological contract of peasant workers has been the bonds of the relationship between peasant workers and enterprises, it plays an important role in adjusting peasant workers and businesses. It will produce different negative effects of peasant workers if enterprises breach the contract, these negative effects will affect the turnover intentions even turnover behavior of peasant workers. Therefore, the study of psychological contract of peasant workers which affects peasant workers turnover behavior has an significant practice meaning for business managers.This paper which studies from the micro level based on the results of the psychological contract at home and abroad, applies the method of questionnaires, exploratory factor analysis and structural equation method,217peasant workers of Henan Province for the study as the main research object, explores and analyses the composition and structure dimension of the psychological contract for peasant workers, different characteristics of peasant workers effect on the cognitive level of psychological contract,as well as the relationship among psychological contract breach job satisfaction and turnover intention.The paper divides into five chapters:Part one, introduction section presents the background,research objectives and research significance of peasant workers,analyzes the importance of the psychological contract, and points out the content,ideas and methods of the thesis.Part two, presents the review of related theory.The thesis summarizes domestic psychological contract theory, job satisfaction theory and turnover intention theory, which provides theoretical support for the study of the peasant workers psychological contract.Part three, presents the research design and scale development. The content designs the peasant workers psychological contract questionnaire which was based on the previous study on employee psychological contract scale and the fact of the peasant workers of labor-intensive enterprises.Part four, presents the treatment and analysis and of the dates. The main content of this chapter is confirmatory factor analysis of the psychological contract two-dimensional structures which are obtained by exploratory factor analysis, verifies the rationality of the structure and analyses the effect of the basic characteristics of the peasant workers on the level of psychological contract. Then put forward a hypothesis on the basis of previous studies, establishes relation model among psychological contract of peasant workers, job satisfaction and turnover intention, analyses the mediating effect of job satisfaction on psychological contract breach of peasant workers and verifies the hypothesis.Part five, presents the summary and outlook. The main contents of this chapter summarizes the peasant workers descriptive statistical analysis and psychological contract breach of peasant workers, and proposes corresponding measures and suggestions for the enterprises. The contributions and shortcomings of this study is presented at the end of the article.
