In recent years, the shortage of migrant workers is spreading to the central and western regions gradually, from the south of Fujian, the pearl river delta and the Yangtze river delta. The shortage of migrant workers lead the high attention and discussion of the whole society, and Chinese government highly attention to this problem, academia is heating debate on this topic. The migrant workers’employment "short" phenomenon is relatively common, it is not good to protect the rights of migrant workers employment and enterprise production development, and it affect the rapid advance of urbanization.Based on the field survey data of rural migrant workers in the manufacturing enterprises. Using factor analysis and confirmatory structural equation model.Then analysing the composition of manufacturing migrant workers’psychological contract structure dimensions, as well as the relationship among psychological contract, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Results indicate that, the manufacturing migrant workers’basic responsibility of enterprises, emotional responsibility of enterprises and basic responsibility of employees has a significant negative effect on its turnover intention, development responsibility of enterprises, emotional responsibility of employee and development responsibility of employee has no effect on turnover intention. The manufacturing migrant workers’psychological contract each dimension has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Manufacturing migrant workers’job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. And manufacturing migrant workers’job satisfaction is the partial mediation of the relationship between basic responsibility of enterprise and turnover intention. Job satisfaction is the completely mediation of the relationship between emotional responsibility of enterprise and turnover intention. Job satisfaction is the complete mediation of the relationship between basic responsibility of employee.Therefore, manufacturing enterprises need to pay attention to basic responsibility of enterprise and emotional responsibility of enterprise, and concerning for basic responsibility of employee. Manufacturing enterprises can establish a reasonable pay system and create a harmonious interpersonal environment to reduce migrant workers’turnover intention, to dissolve the influence on the enterprise production because of the migrant workers employment "short" trend.
