Strategic management theory is mainlydetermine the corporate brand positioning, the overall strategy formulation, implementation, control andcorrection of management, strategic management contributes to the formation of a common vision, clearenterprise’s mission and goals, through the control and correction to ensure that the overall strategicdirection stability and the realization of.In this paper, on the basis of studying and using of related strategictheory, reading a lot of literature data, collection of the information, with example of the Henan YX powerlimited company which facing opportunities and challenges, using microcosmic, qualitative andquantitative analysis method, studied Henan YX power limited company development strategy planning indetail.
