| Self-innovation capability is the key of a nation’s corecompetitiveness. To strengthen the self-innovation capability is thestrategic base of constructing innovative country and the development ofscience and technology. Guangxi autonomous region key laboratories arethe important section of constructing the science and technologyinnovative system in nation and regions, and also it is the platform oforganizing high level basic research and application basic research. So,the strength of its self-innovation capability will make importantinfluence on enhancing the science and technology innovative level andpromoting the development of economy and society in Guangxi.Therefore, in order to enhance the self-innovation capability of keylaboratories, we must master the theory of key laboratoriesself-innovation capability accurately and make a scientific review and adeep research on the self-innovation construction of Guangxi autonomousregion key laboratories, and also introduce targeted policy guide.This thesis has applied the method of system analysis andcomparative analysis and so on. Firstly, the author approached theconcept and connotation of self-innovation and key laboratoriesself-innovation capability from the theoretical angle and raised the lifecycle theory and relative problems about the key laboratories. Secondly,this article conducted a analysis about the present developing situation ofGuangxi key laboratories. Finally, the author pointed out the strategicsignificance of the self-innovation capability construction in keylaboratories, and also put forward countermeasures and suggestions from six aspects which include protectively supporting the construction of keylaboratories, constructing concentrative key laboratories for the need ofnational and regional significant strategy,etc.. These countermeasures andsuggestions will help Guangxi autonomous region key laboratories tomake adjustment in time and they are also good references for the relativedepartment making policy. |
