With the knowledge economy era of increasing globalization trend, we should considerincrease China’s enterprise core competitive power, improve the working performance of theenterprise. In this case, this paper discusses the intrinsic relation between enterprise employeework ethic and leadership style, and the two factor influence of the performance of the work,which are beneficial to deal with the relationship between the enterprise staff and leadershipbasis, promote enterprise’s harmony, and improve enterprise performance of employees.This study used the literature analysis method to the domestic and foreign relevantresearch conclusion as the foundation, through to the domestic enterprise employees take thequestionnaire survey method, obtains the research need use of data. This paper using t-test andsingle factor analysis of variance of demography variable of the work ethic, workingperformance in the dimension differences were compared and analyzed, and leadership stylesand work ethics, work performance of the relationship of analysis, this paper discusses thevariable to work performance prediction function and work ethic to adjust action. In order toachieve can describe the current our country enterprise staff’s leadership style, work ethics andthe present situation of the performance for the purpose, thus to improve the management levelof the enterprise related Suggestions. The results of the study show that:(1) Enterprise staff’s professional personal integrity, hard dedication dimensions in sex,marital status have significant differences. Employees’ work ethics, work ethics of professionalpersonal integrity, dedication and the positive enterprising hard and dimension in age aresignificantly different. Employee work ethics, work ethics of professional personal integrity,dedication and hard work in education degree significance, and so dimensions have significantdifferences. Employee work ethics, hard work of the meaning and dedication in enterprise naturedimensions are significantly different. The staff’s working property on staff work ethic and itsdimensions didn’t differentiate. First-line managers work ethic, work ethics significance andhard work of the dedication and significantly higher than the regular employees dimensions.Employee work ethics and its dimensions in the work on time are significantly different.(2) Employees work performance of the task performance in age dimensions aresignificantly different. Employees work performance and task performance in sex, marital status,education level, in the nature of work and work times are significantly different. Employeeswork performance and its dimensions have no significant differences on the character of theenterprise and post of duty.(3) All kinds of leadership style in effect of the work ethic and its dimensions are verydifferent.(4) All kinds of leadership style in effect of the work performance and its dimensions are very different.(5) All kinds of leadership styles have significant positive correlations with the total workethics, professional ethics dimension, work significance dimension, diligence dedicationdimension, surrounding performance dimension. Order type leadership style has significantlypositive correlation with the positive enterprising dimension, the interpersonal harmonydimension, the task performance dimension and performance in total score. Participated in thestyle of leadership has significantly positive correlation with the positive enterprising dimension,the task performance dimension and performance in total score. Relationship generatedleadership has significantly positive correlations with positive enterprising dimension, theinterpersonal harmony dimensions and performance in total score, and was positively correlatedto task performance dimension.(6) Work ethics, ethics dimension scores, the positive enterprising dimension, theinterpersonal harmony dimension have significant positive correlations with work performanceand its dimensions. Work significance dimension have significantly positive correlations withperformance dimension and the work performance around total score; diligence dedicationdimensions have significantly positive correlation with surrounding performance dimension andthe work performance total score, and were positively correlated to task performance dimension.(7) Work ethic and some dimensions in the style of it have intermediary effect betweenleadership and job performance.
