On Supply Of Public Goods Nature And Characteristics In The Wuling Mountain Area Of Poverty Reduction Practice

Along with the deepening of the rural reform and the constant strengthening of development-oriented poverty relief, the number of the poverty-stricken people has shrunk year by year; great changes have taken place in the features of poverty. At present, great progress has been makd in most generally poor areas, but people in absolute poverty types of poverty areasare still in poor. Therefore more efforts on poverty relief should be made in these areas. And in is of strategic importance. In this paper,I choose Wuling Mountain Area as a representative case. On the basis of field investigation and previous research, I made empirical analysis on the status quo in this area, and then disscussed the nature and characteristics of public goods supplying in Wuling mountainou areas for poverty relief.There are several characteristics of poverty in Wuling mountain areas,for example, the harsh natural environment, a deep level of poverty, a large number of the poor, extremely backward in the economic and social development and ecological degradation. In these areas, public goods provides as equilibriumpublic goods which is complementarity only provided to vulnerable groups in poor areas. It has gerat effect in bridging the gap between rich and poor.Wuling mountain area of poverty and other areas is different, has its own characteristics, mainly in the Wuling mountainous supply of balanced public process on the one hand, the nature of the product changed, on the other hand the supply of the rank structure is different from otherin poor areas, in addition to the main body of the supply of the Wuling mountainous area with particular emphasis on the responsibility of the central government.Based on the above analysis, the author summarized some thought to alleviate the poverty situation of the Wuling mountainous area, including:the central government in the poverty alleviation process in the future need to continue to increase the input of the Wuling Mountain financial aid funds; of the Wuling Mountain to supply public goods,should be the primary supply of resources to survive, and focus on the supply of infrastructure; in addition, the supply of the main supply system is also put forward their own opinions.
