At present, Low-carbon economy has been widespread concerned by the public and the government. Under this context, Carbon awareness has become a key factor in the design and operation of logistics network. Consumers and government legislation gradually encourage enterprises to redesign their sales and distribution network to reduce its negative impact on the environment. The goal of the logistics network design has transformed from the pursuit of cost minimization or the optimal level of service to seeking to both the most minimized cost and environmental impact. Therefore, the goal of this paper is based on the status of the present sales logistics network to establish the relevant models to optimize the design from the perspective of cost minimization. Made both the costs and carbon emission of the entire sales logistics network to a minimum, and then accessed the design optimization of the low-carbon logistics network.Firstly, this paper proposed two kinds of sales logistics network modes from the form of actual sales logistics, the sales logistics network with sales points mode and the sales logistics network without sales points mode, and then analyzed the structure and process of those two sales logistics network modes. Secondly, according to the characteristics of the two sales logistics network, the relevant theory of the logistics network optimization and the current policy and legislation of environment and low-carbon, established the optimization models to transfer the carbon-carbon emissions to cost, the models are the sales logistics network with sales points under Carbon trading model, the sales logistics network without sales points under Carbon trading model, the sales logistics network with sales points under carbon tax model and the sales logistics network without sales points under carbon tax model. Thirdly, proposed a computed method by using LINGO software to solve the numerical examples of the models, and then completed the optimization study of sales logistics network. Finally, draw to conclusions.This paper through the optimization study of logistics network design, expect to promote the logistics network to achieve a new energy conservation goals, make the logistics companies more competitive in the future with more stringent environmental, and promote the related research of the low-carbon sales logistics networks optimization design.
