In recent years, the railway logistics has been carried out in a large scope.The railway and railway stations, including its subordinate, the set and the unit have combined with the actual situation of logistics services have already got some results, particularly in the transportation, warehousing, freight forwarders etc. The railway system have been forced to change from traditional single plan marketing to complete supply chain or customer set format customer service by the Railway transportation marketing policy’change and the separation of the reform of railway. Relying on railway transportation advantage, planning and constructing professional strong railway logistics park may further release railway-transportation, railway transport dimension productivity to meet the increasing railway demand. With the more and more construction of the large logistics parks in the Hohhot railway administration, it’s more and more important to make the comprehensive management information to be true and the market competitive ability to be increasing.In this paper, a modern logistics management information system is constructed adopting advanced network technology, database technology and workflow technology. This system can make electronic commerce seamless connection true, and can improve the management level in the enterprise. Also, this system, can make customer’s information exchange freely and can track the real-time dynamic logistics information. In all, this system was advantaged to guarantee the Mongolia’s leader level. The aim of this thesis is to realize the modern management of warehousing, distribution, customer, agency, etc. and to make the logistics system with the railway features.
