Qin Wangchuan Modern Logistics Park Information Construction Research

The logistics industry plays an important role in areas such as economic restruction, production propelling, consumption stimulation and employment increase. As the second largest city of the northwest China, Lanzhou serves as a bridge between the western region and the eastern and central region. Qin Wangchuan is the fifth state-level new areas authorized by the state council. In the long run, the construction of a logistics park in this area is beneficial to the integration of logistics resources, reduction of logistics costs, and convenience of carrying out all the logistics services, and it can also promote cooperation among logistics enterprises of different functions, in order to establish a large-scale and high-level logistics industry. Based-on the development of logistics informatization, and started at informatization establishment of Qin Wangchuan modem logistics park, this paper analyzes the significance of logistics informatization establishment to the construction of Qin Wangchuan modern logistics park.The subject of this paper is selected under the background of the current state of the backward information system of logistics parks in our country. Through the analysis of the construction of Qin Wangchuan logistics.park, the aim and the principle of the information system is proposed. Based on the planning theory of information system, combined with the reality, the information system of Qin Wangchuan logistics park is designed and the functions of this information platform are elaborated. Aimed at participants of different levels of public information platform, the paper outlines the overall function of the public information platform. Then according to the requirements of the overall function, the general framework of the public information platform is designed, and the information both input and output is described. Some logical charts are used in this paper to illustrate the logical structure which implements the functions of the public information platform, and analyzes the key technology on which it is based, at the same time some topological graphs are applied in order to describe its network structure.This paper seeks to combine theory with practice, focuses on pertinency, practicability and operability. It has certain guiding significance to the construction and operation of the information system, it also provides valuable practical references to the managers and operators.
