Based On The Perspective Of The Comparative Advantages Of Tibetan Nationality Handicraft Industry Development Research

National handicraft industry, agriculture and animal husbandry were listed as in thehistory of Tibet three traditional industries. Historically, the national handicraft industryhas been not only an essential part of the economy, but also an important part of life ofTibetan people. National handicraft is labor-intensive industries, with less investment,high efficiency, multi-industry, wide avenues, a flexible organization of production andease of absorption characteristics of the workforce. After decades of development,national handicraft industry has become a special industry with comparative advantages,and has played a pivotal role in enhancing regional economic development, maintainingsocial stability and protection, rescue, promoting prosperity and national culture. In thenew era how to play the resource advantages of Tibet’s national handicraft and their ownpotential, and continuously improve the status and role of the national handicraftindustry in Tibet’s economic and social, are of great strategic significance to thesustainable economic development in Tibet and accelerate the construction of well-offsociety.It has a very important role in the socio-economic, occupies a very importantposition, has been the strong support of the national and regional, and obtained a rapiddevelopment. But it is a relatively low level of development, structure imbalance, poorcompetitiveness and low added value, part of the national handicraft products or even arecession even on the verge of loss, and the resources and other restrictions obviously.Therefore, protection and development of nation handicrafts, is an urgent and importantquestion of economic and social of Tibet.This paper comprises five parts. The first part is the introduction, are analyzed theresearch background, theoretical and practical aspects of meaning, major topic contentsand methods, the novelty and the shortcomings of the points. The second part is aliterature review reviewed in this paper. One is the literature review of the theory ofcomparative advantage, the other is the literature review of Tibetan national handicraftindustry. The third part is the analysis of the status of Tibet’s national handicraft, characteristics, problems, achievements in development, key development areas. Thefourth part is about the analysis of its advantages and disadvantages，and the study ofthe key project. The fivth part is the basic principles, development targets, main tasksand further development of the measures.This paper based on the analysis of the Tibetan national handicraft industry, andputs forward some ideas and opinions, these ideas and views may also not very mature,only expect to his research results of the Tibetan people can contribute to thedevelopment of handicraft industry.
