The vigorous development of tourism industry pushes the development of tourism products. The development of the tourism product system is very important in the development of regional tourism products. Tourism product system development will play an important role in the integration of tourism resources and tourism product and then promote the a higher level of tourism development.There are certain levels and gradients within regional tourism products system because of the differences of tourism resources, tourism market, the tourism industry necessary condition,level of existing tourism products and so on. We should develop gradient tourism product system with rich levels and give different degrees of policy support、capital support talent support to different level, make different product development and marketing strategy,thus promote the regional tourism product system development toward a more systematical, more superior electron particle materialization direction.Based on the gradient theory of the regional economy, this paper constructs a gradient division system of regional tourism products system and divides the regional tourism product system into four gradients. Taking South Anhui International Tourism Cultural Demonstration Area as an example, the author use the gradient division system to divide the gradient of the zone,put the20tourist products listed into different products gradients according to their tourism resources endowment conditions, tourism market conditions, the tourism industry necessary condition and its own development levels and put forward deeper development strategy of tourism product. The paper is divided into six parts. The first part is the introduction of background and meaning,thoughts and methods,innovation and shortage;The second part is about the related concepts----tourism resources, tourism product and tourism product system and the basic theory of regional gradient theory and its development in China and the related research review; The third part describes the significance of gradient tourism product system, the four main factors influencing gradient tourism product system and build the gradient system of regional tourism product;The fourth part analyzes related situation of22tourism products in South Anhui International Tourism Cultural Demonstration Area and divides the22tourism products into four gradients; The fifth part explains the principle and steps of gradient development of regional tourism product system and put forward some product development and marketing strategies to promote gradient system construction and the coordinated development of the regional tourism economy of South Anhui International Tourism Cultural Demonstration Area.
