Since the1990s, China’s automobile industry has a rapid development, and becomes the pillar of the national economy industry. With the car increasing year by year, it brings huge energy consumption and environmental pollution to our country. Under the pressures of energy crisis and environmental pollution, the development of new energy vehicles is becoming an important measure for our country to upgrade the auto industry and keep sustainable development. It’s an important issue that how to position accurately of the new energy vehicles’future development trend and the optimized allocation of the research and development resources. As a kind of industry technical planning innovation management tool, industrial technology roadmap can provide basis for the government and related departments developing science and technology industrial policy and declaring major research and development project. What’s more, it can provide reference for the industry optimizing allocation of the technology resources and cooperation in technology research and development activities among the industry, the college and the research institution. It also can provide direction for the research and development of enterprises.Focusing on the subject of the industrial technology roadmap of our country’s new energy vehicle, this thesis makes an exploratory research from two aspects of market traction and technology push for the technology development trends of our country’s new energy vehicle industry. Firstly, it introduces the definition, types and the development status of the technology roadmap, researches on the structure and making process, and puts forward the general idea of making industrial technology roadmap for our country’s new energy vehicle. Secondly, based on the analysis of our country’s new energy vehicle industry status, it makes a prediction for the development of new energy vehicle from the perspective of market demand by using Delphi method. And then make a technology roadmap about market demand. Thirdly, on the basis of the rule of TRIZ, it analyses the technology patents of our country’s new energy vehicle and maps a patent map. Through the analysis of technology patent, it specifies the development direction and recognizes the key technologies of the new energy vehicle, and makes a technology roadmap about key technology. Finally, it synthesizes the market demand technology roadmap and key technology roadmap, and makes a comprehensive technology roadmap of our country’s new energy vehicle industry. And then it puts forward some relevant implementation suggestions and designs a dynamic monitoring platform for subsequent management of the industrial technology roadmap. The result of this study shows that, it will focus on the development of plug-in hybrid vehicle and pure electric vehicle in the near future, and the development of fuel cell vehicle will be the long term goal. Meanwhile, improving the performance of battery is the most important issue so far. The motor and power system assembly can meet the needs of the development of new energy vehicle, but still have room for improvement.The thesis features in that, based on the qualitative analysis with Delphi questionnaire survey, it uses triangular fuzzy number to make the result quantified. Meanwhile, it predicts the future development of new energy vehicle considering both market demand and technology pull. Finally, considering the variation of market demand and the dynamic of technology development, it designs a dynamic monitoring platform to realize the subsequence updates of the industrial technology roadmap.
