Application Of TRIZ Theory In Process Improvement Of Sandblasting Workshop In F Group

TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving)is used to help inventors solve problems in the process through systematic and rule-based solutions.In this paper,The Sandblasting Workshop in A business group of F Group,as the research object,using the TRIZ theory to the workshop production process to analysis the problems that exist in the situation of the system,fast confirm the contradictions existing in the production process,and through the general engineering parameters and provide solution contradiction matrix,provides the creative process problems actively and accurate reference.And in the design of the solution design,TRIZ theory is used to speed up the design process of the improvement scheme.The production process of the sandblasting workshop in F Group is Sandblasting 1-Cleaning 1-Sandblasting 2-Cleaning 2-Inspection.The tool used for sandblasting is plastic fixture,and the tool used for cleaning is stainless steel fixture.The mainly problems of the workshop is that the fixture need to be replaced three times in the process.There are a large number of labor waste,and did a lot of adverse effects on the quality.In this paper,the TRIZ theory is used to analyze the problem and propose the solution direction of the multi-functional fixture.In the design of the multi-function fixture appeared in the process of the stability of the fixture and operability,the contradiction between sand was optimized by TRIZ theory in this paper,the design of the fixture base,at the same time ensure its stability can be easy to operate,and then,this study improved the number and Angle of sand blasting equipment spray gun,sandblasting equipment from a single track change to dual track assignments.The production process optimization of the workshop greatly reduces the production cost.And in the process of improving the profound experience to the TRIZ theory in the process of production to improve bring us the positive role,and TRIZ theory in production site to improve also has a very broad application space.
