The Principal And Means Of The Theory Of Drug Administrative Regulation

Drug quality is directly related to the health and safety of the lives ofmasses，so the drug administration has always been the focus of people’sattention and the hotspot of academic research. The author discusses thebasic theory of the drug regulatory and the two issues of drug regulation,administrative body and administrative means.This paper is divided into four parts: introduction and three chapters.The introduction describes the origin of the research, the research methodsused in this paper, the literature review on drug regulation, the innovativepoints and deficiencies in this paper. Chapter one is the basic theory of drugregulation, mainly narrates about the related concepts of drugadministration, and analyzes the causes and necessities of drug regulation,and introduces the China’s drug regulatory legal system. Chapter two isabout the administrative body. The author advances the problems of themodel and the legal status on drug administrative body, then put forwardsome solutions. Chapter three analyses the problems on drug regulatorymeans. First, the author introduces the historical evolution of the drugregulatory means. Second, points out the problems of traditional means ofdug regulation, and finally puts forward the improvements of the drugregulatory means.
