Real estate, one of the topics of the day,is a relatively independent industry in the city modernization.It is also the basis of the people’s livelihood.Being a pillar industry in the national economy, it plays an important part in the development of society and city.Taking shape in1982,real estate in our country has only a history of30years.Meanwhile, real estate advertising has recorded rapid growth since1994. It has been constantly improving over the past20years. Being the most widely used media,newspaper advertising design is undergoing profound changes both in terms of linguistic sign and visual symbol.Taking one of the real estate project-Wanke Golden Region Qujiang in Xi’an and its advertisement for an example,the passage not only analyses the three stages of real estate and its advertisement market,but also expounds deeply the promotion over appealing and the sign use of visual language.Thus it helps to find information on promotion and the trend of real estate nowadays.By ways of studying,investigating consulting data,and experiencing in person,I analyse the developer’s operation process,advertising company’s promotion and coordination,as well as the effect of newspaper advertisement,to determine the current trend of the real estate.Hopefully I can get new ideas and useful conclusions so as to offer reference for the latter colleagues.This article is devided into four parts.Part Ⅱ:It is an overview of the development process of real estate,as well as real estate advertising and newspapers attched to it.You’ll have a brief idea about the real estate after reading it.Part Ⅱ:Newspaper advertising and its development are deeply discussed in this part.It also leads to the third part,where the newspaper promotion strategy is analysed thoroughly in its extension period.Part Ⅲ:The analysis is concertrated on the elements of advertising design.By ways of investigating, experiencing in person and referring to the Project,I summarize the promotion form and visual language sign which are used by Golden Region Qujiang newspaper.Part IV:Through the analysis of Wanke Golden Region Qujiang Projet and its newspaper promotion strategy,you’ll know the transform of the development and advertising appeals of real estate.Further researches on current promotion are made on such basis.Part V:By investigating,consulting data,deeply discussing,I draw some conclusions,discussing how to deal with proplems arising from and between the developer and the advertising company during the promotion and the development of real estate.
