Study On The Development Of Producer Services In Fujian Province

With the Global Economy Structure turns from Industrial-based economy intoservice-oriented economy, Producer Services is becoming an important feature toreflect a national and regional level of national economic development. Highlysophisticated and advanced Producer Services is good for improving the level ofenterprises’ competitiveness and promoting the Industrial Structure optimization andupgrading, even accelerating the transformation of economy growth’s pattern.Producer Services which play a key role in resources allocation and become thesupported forces to facilitate the Services Sector’s rapid development and stimulateeconomy growth have an outstanding position in economic development, it isincreasingly valued by our national and local government. Among The12th Five-YearPlan for national economic and social development of the PRC, the Part IV is tocreate an environment for promoting the development of Services Sector.“In order toimpel the integration of Producer Services and Advanced Manufacturing and facilitatethe accelerated development of Producer Services, we should quicken to developProducer Services, deepen specialization, accelerate service products and servicemodel innovation.” At present, the development of Services Sector especiallyProducer Services is relatively trailed in Fujian, which seriously restrict the rapiddevelopment of Fujian economy. To develop Producer Services is the essentialapproach to improve the level of economic development in Fujian.Based on the current situation of the development of Producer Services in Fujian,in this study to probe the problems and restricted factors of Producer ServicesDeveloping, analyze the relationship between Producer Services and economicgrowth in Fujian, propose strategic thinking and some measures and suggestions ofProducer Services Developing. Firstly, to discuss the concept and classification ofProducer Services; Secondly, from the conditions of Producer Services and othersectors as well as the ability of absorbing labors in Fujian to analyze and research thecurrent developing situation of Producer Services, on this basis to find out theproblems of Producer Services development and analyze the restricted factors of theProducer Services development currently in Fujian; Thirdly, Use of gray relationalanalysis of empirical analysis of the relationship between Producer Services and economic growth in Fujian, and further analysis of the relations of Producer Servicesand internal industry and Fujian GDP and the first, second and tertiary industries;Fourthly, analyzing the developing experiences of Producer Services in the developedcountries and regions at home and abroad to obtain some available enlightenment ofthe Producer Services development; Fifthly, propose the strategic thinking, measuresand suggestions to promote the development of Producer Services in Fujian; Finally,discuss the conclusions of the findings.
