Suggestions On Developing The Producer Services In Laiwu

With the global economic development, Service has become the leading industry of the global economy. At present, the proportion of service industry in the world economy has reached70%, most of service industry in developed countries accounted for more than70%in Europe and the United States,and the "三二一" economic structure is obvious. The development level of service industry has become an important indicator of a country or region. Our city is dominated by steel, so industry is always the main emphasis of economic development. The traditional thought of "secondary industry, tertiary industry" is prevalent,so the service industry is seriously behind,and has become short legs for economic development. Up to now, the added value of our services accounts for only a little more than30%of the city’s GDP, which apart from the trend of world economic development and industrial structure,and has become a transformation which impede the transformation of economic development patterns, new path of Industrialization, rapid and sound economic and social development, and so on. So now, the pressure is on to accelerate the development of service industry, and to stretch short board.The key of the service industry development is to speed up the development of producer services.On one hand, as an important part of modern service industry, producer services has the characteristics,such as, knowledge-intensive, innovative, Industry-relevant,and has strong pulling effect on economic growth;on the other hands, our city is a typical industrial economy, and the industry accounts for60%or more than, which demand for producer services, and consequently provide a broad market for the development of producer services. And the development of producer services is of great significance to promote industrial transformation and upgrading,to speed up product upgrading aspects,to strengthen the key competitiveness of enterprises,and to improve product added value,and so on. Therefore, I select producer services as the research object in this paper, clear the concept of producer services,classification,characteristics,action,,research progress at home and abroad and the relationship between secondary and tertiary industries and related theory, and on this basis, producer services is divided into five major industries in our city according to the actual city industrial development:transportation, warehousing and postal service; Information transmission, computer services and software; financial industry; leasing and business service; scientific research,technical services and geological prospecting, and then analyze the development of producer services, interactive relationship of manufacturing and existing problems and so on, on this basis, the countermeasures and suggestions to speed up the producer services are put forward in order to performs the correct guidance for the development of producer services in our city from the angle of government management.In this paper, the combination of documentary analysis,comparative analysis, empirical analysis and statistical analysis and so on are used, and use a large amount of data to analyze producer services,by looking at books, collection online,field research, visit discussion,etc, in order to enhance the accuracy and practicality.
