A Research Of Property Companies’ Current Situation In Taiyuan On The Basis Of Value Chain

With the rapid development of our national economy, property management as an emerging role in the tertiary industry has become a very important part in the industry system of our country. Time saw the property companies in Taiyuan showing up and becoming stronger and stronger. But at the same time, as a new one in our industry, Taiyuan’s property companies face many problems when they are developing.In this paper, from the theory of the value chain, the author analyzed the problems of the property companies’current situation in the way of both positive and normative methods. In the processing of property management, the enterprises and the proprietors have their own responsibilities to promote the development of the trade. The value chain of the property management enlightens us a lot on enterprise management and helps us make the right choices when we are making the decisions. In the end of the paper, it is concluded that the property companies should control the costs and tap the potential value deeply from the view of value chain and more important is to straighten the relationships with other enterprises and the market. The conclusion also points out that the proprietors should understand the concerning legislations and carry out their rights in a reasonable way. Only in those methods can the property companies develop in a sustainable and rapid way.
