The Construction Research Of The Innovative City Of Taiyuan

After a careful consideration of the current national situation and an analysis of thecomplicated and changeable international environment ,the Party Central Committeemakes an important strategic decision that to build a creative nation in the 5th plenarysession of 16th CPC central committee.Shortly after this proposal,there are about 200cities in China decide to follow this appeal.Under this circumstance,the decision ofconstructing a creative Shanxi made by Shanxi Province is an unavoidablealternation.This strategy is based on the reality of Shanxi,the abundant butextinguished resources and the features of local area.Therefore,the study of TaiyuanCity in Shanxi Province innovative urban construction problem becomes significant.In this paper,the connotation of innovative city and the concept model has beenexplored,and both domestic and international aspects of the innovative urban-styledevision have been analysed.Secondly,the focus on innovation in Taiyuan City, ShanxiProvince city building has been empirically analysed,therefore the city of Taiyuan is inbuilding innovative early stage conclusions.Comparing the results of the analysis ofTaiyuan with other innovative cities and studying,confirmed by the contrast in thecities,Taiyuan innovative urban construction is generally in the state ofbackwardness.Finally,it develops the innovative aiyuan city-buildingstrategies,including strategic thinking analysis,strategic goals,strategic steps,thestrategic measures,and so forth.
