The modern technologies in the economic field pursued by the developed countries has cast a new look on the world. In light of these developments almost all institutions found themselves forced to embark upon these developments to keep up with competitors. As the case in the pharmaceutical industry which is experiencing a remarkable development at the present time in man) ways, whether in the means of production or product marketing.Algerian state, like other States paid its institutions to monitor and deal with what happened in the world of development in all areas. As is well known in our society today that the institution of "Saidal" is one of the largest pharmaceutical companies with its three branches; Pharmal. Biotic. and Antibiotical. It was forced to adjust according to developments, and as such must provide pharmaceuticals of the necessary amount and quality to maintain the power of competition, and to contribute to the national economy, as evidenced in recent years Saidal witnessed a major development in the production and management. It is worth mentioning that the pharmaceutical product that is produced is the key link between the institution and the consumer, this thread cannot be existed only by following the policies of modern marketing, and among these policies that Saidal gives more attention to is the "policy of product development", which was the case of our study, and as "Antibiotical" is one of the important branches in the institution, I decided to pursue the case study on it in an attempt to answer the following questions:What are the most important policies, which Antibiotical follows for the development of its products? To address this problem, several issues keep coming to mind such as:What are pharmaceutical products and how to develop them?Does the branch have policies for the development of its products? And the answer to these questions raises in mind the following hypotheses:Pharmaceutical products are not different in its marketing mix to the other products. The branch Antibiotical depends on copying in order to develop its products. Based on these hypotheses.I started my research. which is important for the Branch in:The significance of the new product in the branch.Greater emphasis on the development and innovation aspects in the Branch. The research objectives can be identified as follows:Promotes awareness among institutions to maintain consistency and innovation policies. To find out if the Branch depends on the concept of development product policy. Several key reasons for selecting this case study, on top of which are:The lack or/and insufficient of previous studies on this topic and I want to give this topic further study.Try to ensure the conformity of what is theoretically in books on this subject with the facts in one of the largest institutions’ branch in Algeria. To study this case, find answers, and prove or deny the validity of the hypotheses developed in a scientific manner. depending on the references in the theoretical section, and the descriptive approach in the practical section.
