Research On The Outsourcing Mode In Urban Area Power Supply Company

Along with the development of global economic integration, outsourcing has been widely used in all walks of life in the world, including China, and its market is still expanding.The outsourcing in power supply enterprises allows companies to change business focus in order to better optimize resource allocation, develop core business, and enhance competitiveness.This paper studies the current situation and related theories of researches on outsourcing at home and abroad. Firstly, combining the actual situation of the Urban Power Area Supply Company, it introduces the risks and response measures of outsourcing, describes the status of outsourcing carried out in the Urban Power Area Supply Company, summarizes the problems shown in the assessment and puts forwards solutions. Secondly, with the theory and method of internal management, it designs the organizational system and process of the outsourcing in the Urban Power Area Supply Company, and defines the goals, main participants and responsibilities in the establishment of its organizational system, to achieve a fluent and successful workflow. Thirdly, based on the outsourcing contractors’abilities of cooperation, management and service, the outsourcing contractor selection index system is established, and the evaluation method of target weight is determined as well as the effect assessment method. Lastly, in the empirical research, it establishes hierarchical model by Yaahp software, determines the weight of evaluation by Analytical hierarchy Process (AHP), and figures out the evaluation result to select the best contractors based on their programs. The result proves the correctness and applicability of the model, and is of great significance to improve the completeness and accuracy of outsourcing contractor selection in the Urban Power Area Supply Company. The result of this paper provides an effective decision-making analysis basis and means for the implementation of outsourcing strategy, and can be further promoted within the company and even in a wider field.
