Nowadays, due to the rapid development of science and technology, a higher level of economy, accelerated process of globalization, competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce. Traditional "vertical integration" management model that enterprises provide raw materials and build to invest semi-finished products and parts and invest to annex has exposed many flaws .Enterprises reduce the growth itself because of putting limited energy and resources into its non-core capability; Internal coordination and management restricts the growth of enterprises. In order to adapt to the new environment, "horizontal integration" management model produced, which formed a chain from a supplier to manufacturer to wholesaler of all enterprises by means of external resources enterprises rapid responding to market demand. Under such circumstances, supply chain and supply chain management have emerged. As a new management thinking, supply chain management advocated cooperation between enterprises, vigorously concentrated on core resources, while took the non-core business to partners by means of "outsourcing", and focused only on those core and main functions of business.The hotel industry as a service industry, in the face of the arrival of international trend, under the supply chain management increasingly prevalent circumstances, to make better for their own survival and development, outsourcing business is necessary. The hotel business forms new economic growth points by outsourcing and focuses on their core competitiveness. How to carry out outsourcing work by contacting the characteristics of hotel industry itself should be paid more attention to.This paper describes the outsourcing and its development from the supply chain and supply-chain management. Meanwhile introduces the basic form of outsourcing and its role in the economy, confirms the core competitive power of the hotel industry by analyzing the hotel value chain ,analyzes the present stage of the development of the hotel industry, the opportunities and challenges, the hotel industry structure by using "Porter five-force Model". Meanwhile the paper gets to know the feasibility of outsourcing of the hotel industry by building the model and instructs how to carry the most important work of outsourcing: the choice and evaluation of the outsourcing partners by AHP. Through this writing, we aim to play a useful role in the outsourcing of the hotel industry and other business industries.
