Study On Contractor Management Of Shendong Coal Group Company

Shendong Coal Group Company(hereinafter referred to as Shencoal Group)is a mining enterprise with coal as the core industry.In order to have a new development in the new era,outsourcing is the inevitable choice for Shencoal Group.Therefore,optimizing business outsourcing,improving the management level of contractors,enhancing core competitiveness and continuously improving operational efficiency will be an important way to solve the problems in the development course.This paper has a very strong realistic significance by taking Shencoal Group,the representative enterprise of the coal industry,as the research object.This paper firstly conducts an in-depth theoretical study based on the related research status of contractor management at home and abroad,then analyzes 5 major problems of the contractor management in the enterprise,including low efficiency of selection,poor reliability of the results,imperfect risk management system,etc..Based on the analysis of the reasons of the problems,4 schemes including risk management,system construction and contractor selection process etc.are designed with matched measures formulated.This paper uses literature method,interview method,combining law of theory and practice and comparative analysis,which plays an important role in solving the problems of contractor management and improving the overall management level of the enterprise of Shencoal Group.
