Improving product quality、 reducing cost and shortening shipbuilding cycle can improve the overall efficiency of Chinese shipbuilding, it is the great significance to raising our country shipping enterprise’s international competitiveness.Shipbuilding project cost and the quality of the whole project are the most important two factors, good ship product quality and cost of these two aspects of the management are to improve the ability of our country shipbuilding key. In addition, the ship manufacturing project of time factors on quality and cost of the impact is very big.
