Study On Improvement Of Quality Management Of Shixing Shipbuilding Industry In Nantong City

Due to world economy collapsed, shipping company can not receive sufficient shipments, they refuse to accept any new shipbuilding delivery by any means. Rongsheng heavy industry corporation in Nantong city can not deliver newbuilding ship to ship owner. Menwhile Rongsheng shipyard didn’t take back any money for the former new shipbuilding order, further more Rongsheng didn’t get any new shipbuilding order, finally no any fresh money was pumped into shipyard belly, now Rongsheng is closed to bankrupt due to the cash chain broken.This article took Nantong Rongsheng Shipbuilding corporation as the research project. Stated the relevant theory of quality management in the field of shipbuilding industry. Made the analysis for Rongsheng Shipbuilding corporation quality management system. Proposed many strategies and suggestions for quality management improvement of Rongsheng Shipbuilding Corporation. Further expressed to set up a safeguard system to Rongsheng Shipbuilding corporation quality management improvement. This research result of this paper has reference for other shipbuilding enterprises which is so similar to Rongsheng shipyard.
