A Study On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Qingdao Postal To Develop Modern Logistics

This paper fixed to remain the core competitiveness and expansion of the Qingdaopostal logistics as guiding ideology, conducted a research on development of postallogistics business based on strategic management theory and its tools, and pointed outthe selection criteria for the entry point of development of postal logistics business.Firstly，this paper introduced the current status of Qingdao CourierPost logisticscompany and its business. Secondly，using the combination of Qingdao economicdevelopment status and industry characteristics in which this company belongs, andbased on the SWOT analysis, this paper deeply analyze the internal and externalenvironment, opportunities and threats for Qingdao Post Logistics and presentedstrategic plan for Qingdao postal logistics development, determine the company’sdevelopment strategy. Finally, through the case study of Aucma, this paper conducteda trial research on the development of Qingdao Post modern logistics business,analyzed the current status of warehousing decision-making. And on this basis, thispaper described the solutions to the faced problems.
