The rapid development of aerospace industry has brought new opportunities and challenges for aerospace Standard parts enterprises.In order to adapt to the change of customer's demand,multi-varieties and small batch production is becoming the dominate mode for the aviation standard parts enterprise.However,the current warehousing and distribution is difficult to meet the needs of workstation which require material arrival accurately and timely,leading to lack of material or backlog frequently.All this has brought low production efficiency,long production cycle,high production cost,and low delivery rate on time.Therefore,how to combine the advanced logistics management theory,breaks through the original warehouse management and material distribution is of great significance to improve the aviation standard parts enterprise competitiveness.For the warehousing and distribution problem in aviation standard parts enterprises,from the perspective of the integrated inventory-distribution,this paper proposed to select the optimization of warehousing and distribution as the breakthrough point,to optimize warehousing and material distribution based on the theory of lean logistics systematically and the requirement of the workstation.The main contents of this paper is as follows:Firstly,this paper found the main problems existing in the warehousing and distribution by analyzes the present situation of warehousing and distribution of aviation standard parts enterprises.Further put forward the demand of the warehousing and distribution optimization based on the theory of lean logistics and optimize the enterprise storage and distribution management from the aspects of the integration warehousing-distribution.Secondly,in order to lay the foundation for the optimization of material distribution in the aviation standard parts enterprise,warehouse optimization is studied.The style of material storage is redesigned from the material classification,combining with the material requirement characteristics of aviation standard parts enterprises and lean logistics theory,namely,primary warehouses and secondary warehouse.At the same time,warehouse planning are completed from the aspect of management of storing place and warehouse layout.Thirdly,building aviation standard parts enterprise material distribution mode based on the storage optimization.In order to meet the workstations' material needs,set up primary and secondary material distribution pattern.For how to meet workstations' material needs with the minimum cost within the time constraints,materials distribution vehicle routing optimization model is established,and the solving method of the model is given.Finally,verify the feasibility and practical value of this paper's research through the application into practical case.
