The late1960s, the United Auto Workers Union proposed a new human resource management proposition-quality of working life, which gained the enthusiastic support and extensive response of the Western industrial countries rapidly. Nowadays, this kind of position has made great progress on theories and practical application. At home and abroad the research about quality of working life has laid a solid foundation for this article through more comprehensive analysis and review of empirical research. Making structured questionnaires, interviews, and data processing in High-star hotels of Zhongshan City. The author has drawn dimensions (factors) of quality of working life of high-star hotel in Zhongshan, which are promotion system, working environment, welfare, remuneration, the work itself, influence and interpersonal, the cumulative contribution rate add to70.442%. The author discussed the various dimensions of quality of working life towards the departure of hotel industry. The study found that there are differences among the quality of work life dimensions (factors). Specific point of view, different gender, age, education level, marital status, hotel work experience, job sector, working-level, the nature of the hotel staff on the various dimensions of quality of working life are different. There is no difference on the above dimensions of work experience and monthly income of employees of different industries. Through the correlation analysis, the promotion system in the dimensions of quality of working life, welfare, remuneration, job impact and relationships between the hotel leave wishes there is a clear negative correlation; the promotion system in the dimensions of quality of working life, work environment. The impact and benefits of remuneration and industry significant negative correlation between turnover intentions. Articles based on empirical findings related recommendations and countermeasures, and the lack of research and follow-up efforts in the direction of the prospect.
