The Status Quo, Problems And Suggestions: The Reconsideration Of Financial Management System In National Regions

With the deepening of reform and opening-up, the reform of fiscal and tax system has climbed to a new level. And to ethical region, this also is the opportunity and the challenge. Because ethical regions share some common characteristics and at the same time have some particularities, the fiscal management systems development and reform show great potential. Especially that the developing of social-economic level, the moving toward maturity gradually in market economy, the transforming of government functions offers strong conditions for advancing of financial management system reform for ethical regions and promoting the social public equalization.This article analyzes the existing financial management system in the minority areas.the aims lies in deepening the financial management system, promoting economic and social development level of science. This article also has some targeted suggestions on the areas of national financial system, especially in terms of the transfer payment system.
