As the financial market expanding speedily and driven by improving it’s market competition ability, extending it’s product sales, increasing it’s incomes, all the commercial Banks begin to reconsider personal banking and push in retail banking business. As the customers’ the most basic business organization, the function of outlets of Commercial bank’s has been transferring from traditional trade settlement to retail sales. With the rapidly development of banking industry and the more and more fircing competition of commercial banks, the transformation of Commercial bank outlets is imperative.This paper based on abundance research on the cases outlets transformation at home and abroad. Combining theory and practice, using statistical and case analysis, researching the status of BaoShang Bank and it’s outlets to find the short board of it’s software and hardware, clarify the necessity of it’s transformation to retail stores by analyzing the changes of domestic and international situation. Analyze the problems of the transition model, delve further into the reason, learn from the successful experience of outlets transfermation in and outside the country, combined with it’s reality situation, we come up with a more perfect countermeasures of outlets transformation for BaoShang Bank ultimately.
