Research On The Planting Layout Of Bingtang Orange In Yongbixiang Area Of Yongxing County

Yongbixiang area which is the social and economic centre of Yongxing County was chosen as the research district in this thesis, the agricultural recourses and environment for the development of modern agricultural characteristic industry in Yongbixiang area were studied through investigating and statistical analyzing, and the basic requirements for the development of modern agricultural characteristic industry in Yongbixiang area were also investigated on the base of the best indexes of land use structure and model of Bingtang orange planting. Based on the natural conditions of Bingtang orange growing, the index system of land suitability assessment for Bingtang orange planting was set up. Under the support of expert evaluation and AHP, the composite index of land suitability assessment was calculated through analyzing the weight of the indexes, standardizing them and accumulating all the indexes of land productivity such as soil characteristics, natural condition, Tillage management level and so on, and the suitability level of the land growing Bingtang orange was evaluated according to the composite index of land productivity. The spatial arrangement and the preliminary construction plan of Bingtang orange industry and its development countermeasures were studied by the support of GIS. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Highly suitable land for Bingtang orange growing covers an area of155.78hectares, suitable land covers an area of2299.32hectares, basically suitable land covers an area of195.98hectares and unsuitable land covers an area of1178.22hectares in Yongbixiang area of Yongxing County. The unsuitable land accounts for26.01%,41.02%,14.70%and38.87%of the total plant area in Bitang Town, Chengguan Town, Chengjiao Town and Xiangyindu Town respectively.(2) Based on the results of the land suitability assessment for Bingtang orange growing in Yongbixiang area of Yongxing County, some major projects such as the exclusive production base of Bingtang orange, the demonstration base of the former orchard transformation and the seedling breeding base, were distributed preliminarily by the support of GIS. (3) Large-scale production, standard management, industrialized operation, brand marketing, and socialized service should be carried on with to develop modern agricultural characteristic industry in the county economy.
